This one is a bit old. I did it last year after school started. It's Helldawn again! I didn't clean the line art with this one as much as the rest. The strangest feeling passed over me when I looked at this; I felt like busting a move. I think Majing's personality was going through me & I had a party attitude. I'm so attached to my characters that I start acting like them sometimes... If you wanna color her go ahead, just let me know.
Myself? Just about anything and everything, except country (although there are exceptions).
I usually go through musical phases, and currently, I'm obsessed with Lupe Fiasco, Lauryn Hill, and Franz Ferdinand. Check out Youtube and listen to their work sometime.
I'm mostly a metal head. I prefer black metal though I'm quite diverse when it comes to music. The only genres I can't stand are modern rap, opera, & counrty. My current favorite artists are Aliene Ma'Riage, Cradle of Filth, & Dimmu Borgir. I'm not sure you'd like anything by them, but I'd recommend:
Kourin - Aliene Ma'Riage (that is if you can find it. If not, tell me. Oh, this is not a black metal band) Bryronic Man & Devil Woman - Cradle of Filth Hybrid Stigmata, Dark Army, Burn In Hell, Sorgens Kammer Del - II - Dimmu Borgir
I don't mind metal at all, although I don't listen to it too often. Shows like Metalocalypse feature some pretty interesting songs though. I agree that modern rap has sunken very low, however there are always a very few who aren't failures in my eyes. As for opera and country...yes, pretty much whole-heartedly agree there.
I checked out Aliene Ma'Riage and only found "Boku Shimobe". It was actually pretty good, and the band seems to be an interesting visual/audio performing mix onstage.
The instrumentals in Byronic Man are pretty impressive, great transitions and very climactic. The softer, creepier elements of Devil Woman aren't bad either.
Hybrid Stigmata was actually pretty cool, action-packed atmosphere and excellent drumming.
Overall, pretty interesting lineup, and I might starting listening to the genre a bit more.
Be sure to check these out if you get the chance: The Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping Up to Boston: [link] DMC - Devils Never Cry:[link] Myc Chemical Romance - Helena: [link] Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out: [link] Lupe Fiasco - Superstar: [link]
What? You found something by Aliene Ma'Riage? I had to send my friends on web searches to find them. I'm glad you like Cradle of Filth & Dimmu Borgir. I didn't see the music video for Sorgens Kammer Del - II until way later after I recommended the song. I'm sorry, I had no idea what the music video looked like. I hope you didn't get the wrong impression on me. I'm not satanic!
I have Devils Never Cry, it's a cool song, but not hardcore enough me. I'm not a fan of My Chemical Romance nor Franz Ferdinand. I don't have anything against them, just don't like them. Superstar is pretty classy, made me dance in my seat. *dances in seat* I'm gonna go download the song! And as for The Dropkick Murphys, they're unique. I haven't see a rock band with a banjo until now!
I have some new songs that you might like...try: Symphony X - Set The World On Fire [link] (The music video isn't that good, it's pretty weak, but the song is good! This is progressive metal which I am not a big fan of.) The Black Dahlia Murder - Funeral Thirst [link] (music video for this sucks too, but the song counts! I'm not sure what kind of metal they are.) Cradle of Filth - Filthy Little Secret [link] (Couldn't find a music video for this song...)
